Q: How will the wreck check car scan center territories be established?

A: All Wreck Check Car Scan Centers [WCCSC] Territories will be established by area and sold as a Master Area License [MAL]. The cost for the MAL will be determined when the desired area is established. It will be the MAL decision to sell and/or operate as many WCCSC locations as that area demands. The MAL also has the opportunity to sell WCCSC Mobile Units licenses. The Mobile Units Licensees can only operate in the territory assigned to the MAL. Existing WCCSC Licensees will be afforded the first opportunity to secure the MAL territory for the area/county of their location.

Q: What is the difference between a WCCSC location and a WCCS Software Licensees?

A: A WCCSC is an actual TURN KEY location that will be equipped as described below. [A-1]. The centres are designed to serve the consumer that require additional VALUE ADDED SERVICES [VAS] after a Wreck Check Car Scan Center mobile inspection, such as 3-D Dimensioning, photo or video documentation, AUTOFORENSICS and other VAS offered by WCCSC’s. A WCCSC Software Licensees only holds a license to operate the WCCSC Diminished Value Software.

Q: Can I sell my mal territory?

A: A WCCSC for a specific MAL territory can be transferred to a purchaser of the entire business or corporation, however, the new MAL must remain under the guidelines of the original WCCSC contract. Wreck Check Car Scan Center will still collect all fees negotiated in the original contract. Failure to comply with the original MAL license agreement terms and conditions will cause termination of the original MAL agreement. WCCSC will also reserve the right to decline to renew anyone with a cause.
